A second-generation PGA Professional, Jack raised the bar by becoming a Master PGA Professional in 1996. His golf career started at a young age by playing junior, High School, College, and Professional tournaments. After graduating from Georgia Southern University, he began to pursue the Club Professional aspect of golf with a strong leaning to customer service and golf instruction/coaching. His career includes many high-end private golf facilities, but he has found his forever home here at Tributer Resort. He lives on the lake with his daughter and her family, and enjoys boating, jet skiing, and using the lake to relax.

Jenn Weiland

Jenn grew up in Maine and found her passion for golf in high school. After training at the International Junior Golf Academy in Hilton Head, she earned a scholarship to Belmont Abbey College, where she played four years of golf and helped win three conference championships. She graduated with a degree in Sports Management and went on to help junior golfers earn college scholarships. Jenn later worked at Kiawah Island Golf Resort before joining Cutalong as Head Golf Professional in early 2024.

Kodi is a local native of Fredericksburg, Virginia who joined the Cutalong golf staff in March 2022. He started his journey in the Outside Services department before enrolling in the PGA PGM Program and working towards his Class-A Membership. Throughout Kodi's time at Cutalong, he has enjoyed forming relationships with the members and staff. In his free time, Kodi loves playing golf, going to sporting events, and hanging out with friends and family.

Matt Lantrip is a Mississippi native and a University of Southern Mississippi and Iowa Western C.C. graduate. He is a military spouse (now retired) that has traveled across the country, from Destin, FL to Omaha, NE. When not on the course, he enjoys spending time with his family and multitude of pets which include four chickens, two tortoises, one bearded dragon and one dog named Bingo.

Ian Sikes

A native of Big Island, and University of Richmond graduate, Ian has spent the majority of his life in Virginia. His career path has included service at Bedford Country Club, Teton Pines, Kinloch Golf Club and Ballyhack. He is excited to share with the Team, Members, and Guests, a strong passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and excellence. As General Manager, Ian looks forward to cultivating a truly unique experience within the bright future of Cutalong at Tributer Resort.

Kristy McGehee

Kristy McGehee

Originally from Kentucky, Kristy has called Virginia home for the past 28 years. She loves spending time with her family, especially on the lake—paddleboarding, boating and enjoying the outdoors together. When not on the water, you’ll often find her with friends and family on the golf course. Kristy earned both her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management and her Master of Education in Special Education and Teaching from George Mason University.

Meadow, a Charlottesville, VA, native, comes to Cutalong with five years of event coordination and member relations experience, most recently at Old Trail Golf Club. She now lives in Orange, VA, with her husband and their three dogs. In her free time, Meadow enjoys playing tennis, watching basketball and spending time on the water.

Amelia grew up in Manassas, Virginia, and now lives in Beaverdam. She earned a degree in Marketing with a minor in Advertising from West Virginia University in 2024, where she also played club volleyball. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, spending time outdoors, and being with her friends, family, and pets.

David Medina

Originally from Las Vegas, David spent the past 35 years in the Reno-Tahoe area. He studied at the University of New Mexico and the University of Nevada, Reno, and has spent most of his career in private F&B. His experience includes Wailea Gold Course in Maui and Montreux CC in Reno, with time in markets like Breckenridge, Lake Tahoe, Maui, Boston, Manhattan and San Francisco. David is married with four grown children and two grandsons.

Randy fell in love with cooking as a child in Richmond, watching his grandmother lovingly prepare meals from scratch. He earned a culinary degree from Baltimore International Culinary College and became a Certified Executive Chef through the American Culinary Federation. He has worked in five-star hotels, celebrity chef kitchens, international cruise lines, Fortune 500 companies and platinum private clubs. Outside the kitchen, he enjoys time with family and friends, fishing, swimming and relaxing by the water.

Lindsey McClellan

Lindsey is a local real estate professional with deep roots in the Lake Anna community. A Virginia native, she became a Realtor and founding partner of Sunset Properties at Lake Anna in 2019 with Jimmy Snyder. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Human Resource Management from Mount Olive College in North Carolina, where she was also a collegiate golfer. Before entering real estate, Lindsey spent 14 years in education—an experience that shaped her client-focused approach.

Scott Sealy brings three decades of new home sales experience and a strong track record in the Capital Beltway market. A consistently top-producing agent, Scott has earned two Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence (MAME) awards. Scott has been a proven performer with McWilliams Ballard, with 7 years of tenure holding licenses in Virginia, DC and Maryland. His integrity and commitment to client satisfaction have long defined his career.

Meghan is pursuing her bachelor’s degree at Liberty University and joins Tributer with a strong background in customer service and hospitality. Meghan, a Lake Anna local, is also a licensed pilot with a private instrument rating, a personal trainer with a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certification, and an active boater.
