Randy fell in love with cooking as a child in Richmond, watching his grandmother lovingly prepare meals from scratch. He earned a culinary degree from Baltimore International Culinary College and became a Certified Executive Chef through the American Culinary Federation. He has worked in five-star hotels, celebrity chef kitchens, international cruise lines, Fortune 500 companies, and platinum private clubs. Outside the kitchen, he enjoys time with family and friends, fishing, swimming, and relaxing by the water.
