"For the past 20 years, my professional life has been deeply rooted in the golf and private club industry. Golf has been much more than a career for me—it has been a passion, a way of life, and a constant source of friendships, relationships, and experiences that have shaped who I am today. I’ve been fortunate to work alongside some incredible people and within some truly special clubs, and each chapter of my career has taught me something about leadership, hospitality, and what it takes to create an exceptional club experience. I’m also a golfer at heart. When someone asks me what my handicap is, I usually smile and say, “The game of golf.” It’s a game that continually challenges me, humbles me, and reminds me that there is always another opportunity to get better—much like leadership and life itself.

 

Outside of the club, my greatest pride is my family. My wife, Jenn, and I have three teenage boys, which means our home is never short on energy, activity, or adventure. Jenn is the one who truly keeps the ship afloat, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything she does for our family. They keep me grounded and remind me every day of the importance of hard work, humility, patience, and taking care of the people around me. Those same values shape the way I lead. I believe in being present, leading by example, setting high standards, and creating a team that genuinely cares about the people we serve. That philosophy is a big part of what brought me to what attracted me to Reef and brought me to Tributer Resort. I see an incredible opportunity to be part of something truly special and to help build a culture that reflects the quality and vision of this remarkable club.
